My stay at Relais & Chateaux Schoenegg in Zermatt was nothing short of amazing. The hotel offers very nice views of the Matterhorn that truly enhanced my experience, especially from my room's balcony during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. However, I did notice that while the amenities were good, there were no pools available on-site, which was a little bit of a letdown for me.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at Relais & Chateaux Schoenegg, thanks to its very nice views of the Matterhorn and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The location is convenient, allowing me easy access to the town and ski lifts. However, I found the spa area needing an update and noticed a few cleanliness issues in my room that left me concerned about hygiene practices. Still, the beautiful setting made my experience nice. 🌄😊
